Shipping Policy

  • Nationwide Delivery: We offer shipping services nationwide.

  • Flat Rate Delivery: We follow a flat rate delivery system with a predetermined cost that remains the same for all packages, regardless of size, weight, or destination.

  • Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Accurate Shipping Address: Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate, as we cannot make amendments after the order is placed.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number for you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

  • Signature Confirmation: Some packages may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer support immediately.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. All items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  2. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging for both returns and exchanges.

  3. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.

  4. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for returns, while exchanges will be provided with a replacement item of equal value.

  5. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return/exchange is due to our error.

  6. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.

Note: Only until Midori obtains confirmation from the seller that they have received the returned item will the buyer receive their money back. Midori reserves the right to reimburse the appropriate amount to the buyer without additional notification to the seller if Midori does not hear from the seller within a certain amount of time. Refunds will either be applied to the buyer's credit/debit card or the authorized bank account, as appropriate.
